The Politecnico di Milano obtained ISO 17025 accreditation from ACCREDIA DP (Testing Department) and operates as multi-site laboratory LAB No. 00140. The accredited laboratories of the various University sites offer testing services, often combined with research contracts, in various engineering sectors, in particular in the mechanical, structural, chemical and energy fields.

The details of the accredited tests of each laboratory are shown in the official Accredia test list available on the website www.accredia.it.

There are also test/calibration activities carried out in the same fields, managed in accordance with the ISO 9001-ISO 17025 Integrated Quality System of the Politecnico and guaranteed by the Quality Assurance Service (SQuA). In the majority of cases these activities have obtained ISO 9001 certification from the third party entity Italcert.
